1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Because we sell alcoholic beverages, you must:

  • Confirm that any recipient of shipped wine is 21+ and will provide a valid government-issued ID at delivery.

By ordering from Tirage, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if age verification cannot be completed.

If you are not of legal drinking age, you must immediately exit this website.

Age Verification at Checkout

To comply with U.S. alcohol laws, we may require:

  • Verification of your date of birth at checkout

  • Age-verification checks by third-party services

  • Confirmation that any gift recipient is 21+

Your order will not be processed or shipped unless you meet these requirements.

Adult Signature Required for Delivery

All shipments containing alcohol require:

  • A valid, government-issued photo ID,

  • An adult signature,

  • Age verification at the time of delivery

Carrier drivers will not leave packages unattended and will not deliver to anyone under 21.

Multiple delivery attempts may be made. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or returned packages.

Misrepresentation of Age

Providing false age information or attempting to evade age-verification systems is illegal.

Tirage Wine Company reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service,

  • Cancel orders, or

  • Deny delivery

to any customer who misrepresents their age or attempts to purchase alcohol for a minor.

Responsibility & Compliance

We take legal compliance seriously. This policy exists to:

  • Protect minors

  • Comply with all state and federal regulations for direct-to-consumer alcohol sales

If you are ordering from a state with specific DTC wine shipping laws, you agree to comply with those requirements.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.

A breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access to our Services.

3. Accuracy of Information

  • Cancel orders due to errors or inventory issues at any time without prior notice.

  • Acknowledge that charges may include taxes, shipping fees, and state-required alcohol compliance fees

We do not store full credit card details. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other trusted processors.

We may refuse or limit any order for any reason.

5. Alcohol Shipping Compliance

Alcohol can only be shipped where legally permitted.

By purchasing from Tirage, you agree that:

  • You understand shipping restrictions and laws in your state

  • Deliveries require the signature of someone 21+

  • You will not request delivery to a location where adult signature cannot be obtained

  • We may cancel orders shipping to states or regions with prohibited alcohol delivery laws

Shipping carriers may make multiple attempts. Undeliverable packages may incur return or reshipping fees.

6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

  • Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing date

  • Changes to pricing or terms will be communicated in advance

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Alcohol laws may limit returns in certain states, except where required by law.
